SUPPORT FOR OUR CANDIDATES

We recognise that our candidates of today are our clients of tomorrow. This means taking a genuine interest in their career development. Through adoption of Coaching and where appropriate, Mentoring techniques, we can guide our candidates through the maze of career development, offering a personal service based on quality.

We pay particular attention to:

  • career ambitions
  • existing skillset and skills gaps
  • qualifications
  • career trajectory
  • transferrable skills in the event of a change in sectors

We do not believe in fitting “square pegs into round holes”. If our candidates are to achieve their full potential, we have to pay particular attention to their every career move. We try to fit each move into their overall career development programme.

Once we have determined the way forward, we actively market our candidates’ skillset. Where needed we conduct “reverse headhunt” and proactively approach clients who, based on our expertise and market knowledge, may be interested in a given, perhaps scarce skillset.

Placement of our candidates is not the end of the journey, but the continuation of the relationship. We remain in regular contact to ensure any issues needing attention are resolved immediately.
