IDENTIFICATION, SELECTION AND PLACEMENT OF A LARGE TRANSFORMATION TEAM FOR AN ICB
Sajid was briefed to resource a team of specialists for a large Transformation program to collaborate between the Integrated Care Board and the Local Dental Committee, namely 2 Senior Project Managers and 2 Junior Project Managers. Following comprehensive discussions with the Director of Primary Care around the backgrounds, remits, roles and personal specifications, we commenced the search and selection process. We were successful in identifying 8 exceptional candidates, seven interviews were conducted and each offer made was accepted. In consultation with the ICB’s Director of Primary Care, we assisted in changing the structure of the Transformation team. Finally, we assisted in defining the individual streams of projects for which the Project Managers would take ownership. From start to finish the campaign was conducted with urgency, professionalism, sensitivity and efficiency. Every task was completed at first time of asking.
Multiple role recruitment for a large Community Healthcare Trust
Sajid commenced work on the brief to recruit a Director of Strategy and Planning for a large Community Healthcare Trust after a discussion with the HR Director. Following the successful completion of this assignment, Sajid explored the next steps in the resourcing plan with the Director of Strategy and Planning and 6 roles of Programme Managers and Assistant Directors of Strategy were identified. These were also successfully completed. During the next 6 months a further 5 roles were filled. Sajid then facilitated contact with other areas of the Trust resulting in the account being the highest revenue-generating account in the recruitment company's history.
Multiple Recruitment for a CCG
Sajid was engaged by a CCG to recruit 2 Programme Managers for a duration of 6 months. This was completed successfully with both the interims going onto stay for over 18 months and deliver real sustainable change. A third high-profile role was identified in Children Services which was also completed very quickly.
Multiple Recruitment campaign for a University Hospital Foundation Trust
Sajid was engaged by the Programme Director to recruit 4 Programme Managers for this Foundation Trust. Sajid was successful in completing the campaign with 4 excellent Programme Managers who went onto add considerable value to the Foundation Trust. The feedback on Sajid's management of the campaign, the smoothness of the process from start to finish and the quality of the candidates was excellent.
Multiple Recruitment campaign for an ICB
Sajid took the brief to recruit a Workforce Development Executive. 3 excellent candidates were shortlisted and interviewed. Not only was the Workforce role completed successfully but Sajid was also given the brief to recruit a highly experienced professional with expertise in managing the Primary Care Networks. Following the shortlisting of 4 strong candidates and interviews leading to the appointment, a third role of Digital Transformation Consultant was identified and successfully offered to an excellent candidate.

ASSISTING A PLC IN THE RESTRUCTURING OF THE FINANCE FUNCTION
Sajid Baloch was invited by the Group Finance Director of a Plc to discuss a possible restructuring of the finance function. This required careful planning to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Among a large number of factors to consider were: Strategic Alignment to ensure the restructuring supported the overall corporate strategy and future growth objectives, Governance & Compliance, Organisational Structure, Talent and Skills Assessment, Workforce Development and Talent Acquisition, Cost Efficiency & Performance Metrics, Stakeholder Communication, Risk Management & Control, Integration with Business Units and Future Proofing to design the finance function to be scalable and adaptable to future market changes, M&A activities or regulatory shifts. The first phase of the restructuring was completed two months ahead of the anticipated timescale. The second phase, i.e. Talent Acquisition and Workforce Development was completed on time and within budget.
